Pricing model: Pay-as-you-go (transaction/commission-based)
Marketplace bookings (orders from ClassBento marketplace): 20% commission (covers payment processing and charity donation).
Widget / website bookings (orders originating from your website or social): 3.9% + fixed fee per order (region-specific examples below).
Region / examples (from official ClassBento pages):
- UK: 3.9% + £0.25 per order; 20% for marketplace orders; no fixed monthly fees by default (a £19/month fee applies if you choose to exclude all listings from the marketplace).
- Australia: 3.9% + $0.30 per order; 20% for marketplace orders; no fixed monthly fees by default (a $39/month fee applies if you choose to exclude all listings from the marketplace).
- Booking-system pricing pages also list a Standard 3.9% rate and a Customised (custom pricing) option for bespoke/enterprise setups.
Free inclusions / notes (official site): free expert copywriting for marketplace listings, free website hosting when using their widget, phone & email support, transactional emails/SMS, vouchers, reporting, QR codes, social templates, integrations, etc.
No setup costs, no fixed fees (by default): ClassBento states they "only earn when you earn"; however, opting out of the marketplace incurs a region-specific monthly fee (examples above).
