Plan & Pricing
Pricing model: Pay-as-you-go (metered) and subscription (non-metered/dedicated) - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Compute Classic supports both metered (pay-as-you-go) billing and non-metered subscriptions (including Dedicated Compute Classic).
Free tier/trial: Trial subscriptions are offered (see Oracle Cloud trial/free credits). No permanent "always free" tier is documented for Compute Classic on the vendor site.
Unit prices / public list: Oracle’s official Cloud Classic pricing page lists available Classic compute shapes (OC3, OC4, OC5, OC6, OC7, OC8, OC9; OC1M, OC2M... high-memory; OCIO* high-IO; OCSG* GPU shapes) but does not publish per-shape unit prices directly on that page — customers are directed to the Cost Estimator or the price list/cost estimator for specific unit prices and may contact sales for subscription pricing.
Shapes (examples) shown on official site:
- General purpose: OC3 (1 OCPU / 7.5 GB), OC4 (2 / 15 GB), OC5 (4 / 30 GB), OC6 (8 / 60 GB), OC7 (16 / 120 GB), OC8 (24 / 180 GB), OC9 (32 / 240 GB)
- High-memory: OC1M, OC2M, OC3M, OC4M, OC5M, OC8M, OC9M (OCPU / memory ratios shown on site)
- High-IO: OCIO1M, OCIO2M, OCIO3M, OCIO4M, OCIO5M (NVMe sizes shown)
- GPU shapes: OCSG1-M60, OCSG2-M60, OCSG3-M60, OCSG1-K80, OCSG2-K80, OCSG3-K80
Notes & where to get prices: Use the Oracle Cost Estimator or view Oracle’s price list / contact Oracle Sales for subscription/enterprise pricing; the public Cloud Classic pricing page does not include specific $/hour or $/month unit prices for Compute Classic shapes.
