What is Planio

Teams running fulfillment operations would need dedicated logistics/shipping systems for those functions. Planio may track tasks around fulfillment, but it does not execute fulfillment workflows.
UI and reporting are utilitarian
The user experience and dashboards are oriented toward issue tracking and may feel less modern than newer project tools.
