Plan & Pricing
Pricing model: Pay-as-you-go (tiered monthly base fee based on store activity + revenue commission)
Free tier/trial: 14-day no-risk free trial (starts on install; one-time per store). All features are available during the trial.
How fees are calculated (official): You are charged each 30-day period based on whichever is higher: (a) your store's total orders over the last 30 days, OR (b) revenue generated by ReConvert. In addition, a commission of 0.75% is charged on revenue generated by the app.
Example costs cited on vendor site:
- Base-fee example: For stores with 200–499 total orders in the last 30 days the base fee shown in the help article is $29.99.
- Wix example from vendor docs: For up to 999 orders (or equivalent revenue bracket) the charge shown is $79.99; for up to $1,999 generated by the app the vendor shows an example charge of $149.99 + $0.05 for each additional dollar over that amount (vendor provides this worked example).
- Commission: 0.75% of the revenue generated by the app (applies in addition to base fees).
Key notes (from official docs):
- Billing begins after the 14-day trial ends; stores may be billed if the trial ends and the store has more than 49 orders in the last 30 days (vendor states this threshold in billing guidance).
- All app features are available on all plan levels (no feature-gating by plan).
Discounts / Promotions: No volume/commitment discounts or other discount programs are documented on the vendor help pages searched.
