Plan & Pricing
Pricing model: Pay-as-you-go (usage-based)
Free tier / Always-free: Stytch lists a free-tier starting at $0/month that includes: 10,000 monthly active users (MAUs) and AI agents; Unlimited Organizations; 5 SSO or SCIM connections; 1,000 M2M tokens; and (per changelog and pricing text) 10,000 device fingerprints. The free tier provides access to the full authentication/authorization feature set (MFA, SSO, RBAC, Sessions, OAuth, SCIM, passwordless, etc.).
Example costs / Publicly-published add-on rates (official site):
- Full email customization & Stytch brand removal: $99 (one-time fee).
- Additional SSO or SCIM connections: $125 per connection (beyond the 5 included).
- Device fingerprinting (beyond included amount): $0.005 per fingerprint (example shown as 10,000 fingerprints at $0.005/fingerprint).
- Enterprise: Custom pricing (Contact Sales) — Enterprise section lists discounted rates, Enterprise Support SLA, private Slack channel, migration support, 99.99% uptime SLA, HIPAA/BAA, advanced fraud protection.
Included usage (free tier):
- 10,000 monthly active users (MAUs)
- Unlimited external organizations
- 5 SSO/SCIM connections
- 1,000 M2M tokens
- 10,000 device fingerprints (per changelog and pricing page context)
Billing notes / discounts:
- Stytch states "no hard caps or pricing cliffs": if you surpass the free-tier amounts you'll pay for what you use at the published rates (volume discounts indicated for large usage; specific per-MAU overage rates are not shown on the pricing page).
- Volume discounts / negotiated rates are available for high-usage customers and on Enterprise agreements (contact sales for details).
Free trial: No time-limited trial language is shown — Stytch provides a permanent free tier instead of a short free trial.
