Plan & Pricing
Pricing model: Custom enterprise pricing (pricing not publicly listed on Traumasoft official website).
Public pricing on official site: Traumasoft states that pricing is based on customer needs and is not listed on the website; customers must contact sales for a quote. (See Traumasoft Support / FAQ.)
How fees are charged / billing terms (from official Master Subscription & Services Agreement): Fees for the Subscription are charged each month in advance on the first day of such month and are due on that date. Payments are via ACH by default; credit card accepted with a 3% processing fee shown as a separate line item. Fees and related costs are due net 30 days from invoice unless otherwise stated in an Order Form or SOW.
How to obtain pricing / contact: Traumasoft asks prospective customers to request a demo or contact Sales (phone listed on site: (866) 245-2692; email listed: info@traumasoft.com). The support/FAQ page also directs users to speak with a sales consultant for pricing.
Notes: No public per-user, per-month, or tiered pricing, and no published pay-as-you-go SKUs were found on the vendor website. Traumasoft’s official site explicitly states they do not offer free trials and that pricing is tailored to customers.
