Plan & Pricing
Pricing model: Enterprise subscription (quote-based, tailored) How pricing is determined (official): Based on active customer profiles, volume of customer data processed, scope of orchestration capabilities, messaging channels and message volume; additional modules (e.g., OptiMail/email, advanced analytics) are priced separately. Optimove states it does not charge by seat or limit data usage.
Representative example (official material – Forrester TEI commissioned by Optimove): Composite organization (500,000 customers) – annual subscription costs shown in the TEI example: Optimove license $80,000/year + OptiMail $12,000/year (total $92,000/year for subscriptions in that composite example). TEI also lists implementation and ongoing professional services costs for that composite organization. This is an example used in the TEI study and not a published standard price.
Notes & official statements:
- Pricing is offered as a flexible, scalable, tailored model and requires engaging Optimove sales/getting a demo for a quote.
- Implementation, professional services, and add-ons may incur additional costs (shown in the TEI example as separate line items).
