- General Seating (General Admission): $0.59 + 1.75% per ticket sold.
- Reserved Seating: $0.98 + 2.49% per ticket sold.
Payment processing / additional fees:
- Payment gateway processing fees (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) are charged separately by the gateway and are not included in Yapsody fees. Yapsody does not hold customer funds and issues a monthly invoice for Yapsody fees; funds are deposited directly to your payment gateway account.
Discounts & loyalty:
- Yapsody operates a Loyalty Program with tiered discounts: Gold (10% off Base Plan after selling 1,000 tickets/year), Platinum (20% off after 5,000 tickets/year), Elite (30% off, by invitation). Promotional/seasonal discounts and special offers (e.g., percentage off, revshare options) are also listed on their Offers page.
Free events / no-fee exceptions:
- Yapsody charges no Yapsody fees for free events, test events, or complimentary tickets (i.e., free-to-attend events are not charged).
