Plan & Pricing
Pricing model: Pay-as-you-go (per-camera subscription) How billed / units: Subscriptions are charged per camera per month (monthly, annual, 3-year, and 5-year options are supported). Pricing varies by camera resolution (SD/1MP/2MP/3MP/4MP/5MP/>5MP) and by retention period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 5 years). Eagle Eye uses SKU codes for each combination (e.g., EN-HD1-D30, EN-HD2-D90, EN-SD1-D7). An Eagle Eye Bridge or CMVR is required for most installations (Camera Direct exists for smaller installs). No public dollar amounts or per-camera price points are published on the vendor site; customers are directed to contact Eagle Eye or certified resellers for pricing and quotes.
On-premise option: Eagle Eye offers an on-premise storage plan (requires CMVR) with retention dependent on hardware capacity.
Notes / purchase channel: Cloud VMS subscriptions are sold through Eagle Eye certified resellers; annual/multi-year subscriptions are available and billed monthly from the account credit when prepaid. The site documents subscription codes and retention options but does not list public unit prices.
