What is Kong Konnect

Konnect provides a single management plane to configure and govern multiple gateway runtimes across environments. It fits organizations operating multiple clusters, regions, or teams that need standardized API operations.
Hybrid and multi-cloud support
Konnect is designed to manage distributed data planes while keeping the control plane in the cloud, which suits hybrid deployments. Teams can run gateways close to workloads (including in private networks) while still using centralized configuration and visibility. This approach aligns with enterprises that cannot place all API traffic through a single cloud-managed gateway.
Extensible policy and integrations
