Pricing model: Percentage of advertising (media) spend / pay-as-you-go How price is calculated (official): Smartly charges a fee defined as a percentage of the Customer’s Advertising Spend per Ad Account and also requires a monthly minimum fee; fees are calculated and invoiced after each calendar month (per Smartly’s Terms of Use). Billing cadence & minimums (official): Monthly invoicing based on advertising spend. For the first calendar month (partial or not) at least a monthly minimum fee is charged; same applies for last month if Agreement terminates before month end.
