Pricing model: Consumption-based / Pay-as-you-go (Striim Credits)

Free tier/trial: Striim Developer (Free; serverless community developer tier — up to 25 million events/month). Striim Cloud offers a Free Trial; paid Striim Cloud and Striim Platform require contacting sales for plan selection and pricing.

How billing works: Billing is metered in Striim Credits. A Striim Credit = $1. Credits are consumed for (a) events processed (different credit rates for Standard vs Premium adapters), (b) compute (charged per vCPU per hour), and (c) data transfer (per GB). Customers may purchase prepaid Capacity (credits) for a term or use Monthly Plans billed in arrears. Capacity purchases and larger credit floors reduce the credits-per-million-event rate.

• Events (example Monthly Plan conversion rates): Enterprise monthly-plan example: 100 Credits per 1,000,000 events (Standard adapters) and 200 Credits per 1,000,000 events (Premium adapters). (Vendor provides a Credit Consumption Table with lower per-event credit rates at higher Credit Floors; eg. at 5,500 credits floor rates are 22 (standard) / 44 (premium) credits per 1,000,000 events).
• Compute (starting prices, per vCPU per hour):
  • Striim Cloud Enterprise (AWS, United States): $0.60 per vCPU/hour.
  • Striim Cloud Enterprise (Google Cloud, United States): $0.50 per vCPU/hour.
  • Striim Cloud Enterprise (Microsoft Azure, United States): $0.50 per vCPU/hour.
  • Striim Cloud Mission Critical (Google Cloud, United States): $0.99 per vCPU/hour.
  • Striim for Snowflake (AWS, United States): $0.75 per vCPU/hour.
• Data transfer (starting prices): typically $0.10 per GB (ingress/egress) for many regions; example region values vary slightly (e.g., $0.11/GB for some Europe/EMEA regions).

Discount / purchasing options: Capacity Purchase (prepaid credits, single- or multi-year contracts) for predictable pricing and improved effective event rates; larger Credit Floors yield significantly lower credits-per-million-event rates. Vendor also supports multi-year commitments and custom pricing via sales.
