What is NetScaler

Not a native Kubernetes CNI
While NetScaler can integrate with container platforms (for example, as an ingress/edge component), it is not a Kubernetes container network interface (CNI) plugin that provides pod-to-pod networking. Teams still need separate tooling for cluster networking, service mesh, and east-west traffic controls. This can lead to a split architecture between edge delivery and in-cluster networking/security.
Licensing and edition complexity
Capabilities such as advanced security features and higher-scale throughput are often tied to specific editions and licenses.
