UI/UX can feel dated
Some users may find the interface and navigation less modern than newer cloud-first learning platforms. This can affect learner adoption, especially for external audiences accustomed to consumer-style experiences. Achieving a more tailored user experience may require theme work and configuration. Usability improvements depend on community and release cycles rather than a single vendor’s design direction.
Ecosystem varies by region
Commercial add-ons, turnkey integrations, and packaged content partnerships are not as standardized as in some large enterprise LMS ecosystems. Availability of implementation partners and support expertise can vary by country and language. Organizations may need to evaluate provider capabilities carefully for complex deployments. This can lengthen procurement and implementation when specialized requirements exist.
