Plan & Pricing
Pricing model: Pay-as-you-go (processing fees applied per transaction/cart total). No subscription or monthly fees for race organizers by default.
Free tier/trial: Permanent free tier for races (no subscription fee); no evidence of a time-limited free trial.
Processing fees (per cart total):
- $0 — FREE
- $0.01–$249.99 — 6% + $1
- $250–$999.99 — 5% + $1
- $1,000+ — 4% + $1
Donation processing: Flat 4% for donations (nonprofit accounts).
RaceDay Real-Time Technology Suite (for timing companies): $199 per year (annual subscription) — includes use for unlimited events and participants.
RaceJoy (participant tracking): Included for RaceJoy Certified Timers as part of the RaceDay Suite; otherwise available at a minimum of $750 per event for events not using RunSignup registration.
Optional/custom pricing: Partners/Timers can create custom partner pricing, apply per-registration fees, and adjust processing fee ranges. Processing fees can be paid by the registrant, absorbed by the race, or split 50/50.
Notes & limitations:
- Free events incur no processing fees.
- Some services (e.g., insurance add-ons or partner customizations) may have separate minimums or different fee structures.
