Usage-based / add-on fees (official site): Auction Flex Cloud
- Cloud user add-on: $20 per month per Cloud user (requires an Auction Flex license). Example on site: 2-workstation license $70/mo + Cloud add-on $40 = $110/mo.
- Cloud storage: First 25 GB free; $0.25 per GB per month above 25 GB. (Storage pricing effective May 1, 2025.)
HiBid Internet Bidding (usage-based)
- Absentee Bidding: $25 per auction (plus $0.25 per unique bid, capped at $25).
- Internet-Only Auction: $75 per auction (no setup fee; $0.25 per unique bid, capped at $75).
- Webcast Live Bidding: $125 per auction ( $25 setup fee; $0.25 per unique bid, capped at $125 ).
- Auction Fee: 2% of GMV for items sold to online bidders (charged per auction event).
- Credit Card Authentication: $1 per authentication (optional).
- Listing-Only Rate: $195 per listing (flat rate, no internet bidding).
- Real Estate Listing Rate: $100 (for $0–$99,999 hammer) or $200 (for $100,000+).
