- Theme support (Age Verification Terms): half-day rate listed as £7,350 (document text), with a minimum charge £750 and ongoing support £150 per month per brand.
- Organisation standard set-up fees (Organisation T&Cs): USD $1,000 for Organisations based in the US & Canada; AUS $1,250 for Organisations based in Australia & New Zealand; and GBP £750 for all other Organisations (these apply as the standard set-up fee in the Organisation T&Cs unless otherwise agreed).
Notes & important constraints (official-site disclosures):
- Yoti’s Terms state that Transaction Charges (per-check pricing) are set in the Pricing Schedule on the Yoti business site or via an Order Form/side letter; the public site does not publish per-check prices for IDV/Age Verification.
- Some products or customers (eg Eligible Charities or specific industry offers) may have reduced pricing or special offers (for example limited offers for specific sectors), but there is no general permanently-free business tier published for Yoti IDV on the public website.
- Payment and billing terms (monthly invoicing, currency, VAT exclusivity) are specified in the Terms.
