Plan & Pricing
Pricing model: Pay-as-you-go (booking/transaction fee charged per paid booking; organisers can configure booking fee settings in their account). Free tier/trial: Free events: no TicketSource booking fee for free events with a total capacity of up to 1,000 tickets (one-off events). No evidence of a time-limited free trial on the public site. Example costs: Not published on the public TicketSource help site. TicketSource states booking-fee options are configurable in the organiser's account (a booking-fee calculator is available in-account). Stripe integration reduces the TicketSource booking fee (Stripe’s own processing fees still apply). Registered charities may be eligible for reduced booking fees. In-house (face-to-face) bookings are not subject to TicketSource booking fees (organisers can apply their own in-house fee if desired). Discount options: Charity discounts; reduced booking fee when using your own Stripe payment processing; in-house purchases excluded from TicketSource booking fees. Notes: The vendor’s publicly-accessible help documentation does not publish a fixed public rate (percent/flat) for paid bookings; the booking-fee structure offered at sign-up may change periodically and is visible/configurable within an organiser’s TicketSource account.
