Billing & contract notes (from official Customer Agreement):
- Fees are specified in a Statement of Work (SOW).
- BrightTALK invoices fees annually in advance unless otherwise specified in a SOW.
- Capacity Limit: 600,000 minutes per 12 months. A Capacity Charge applies for minutes viewed above the Capacity Limit (the per-minute overage rate is not disclosed in the public agreement).
