It is primarily used by organizations running Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (and related Dynamics NAV environments) that want expenses posted into their finance system with controlled approval processes. Deep Business Central integration
The solution is built to work closely with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV, enabling expenses to flow into the general ledger with mapped dimensions and accounts. Minimum invoice / settlement rules (from official price sheet):
- There is a minimum invoice level of four Named Expense Users or two Active Expense Users.
- Continia will automatically invoice the cheapest settlement for each calendar month (either Named or Active Expense Users) — and will invoice based on Active Expense Users if that is cheaper (automatic monthly optimisation).
Example costs:
- Minimum invoice (Essential module only): 4 Named users × $6.75 = $27.00/month (or 2 Active users × $13.50 = $27.00/month).
- Example small team (10 Named users, Essential only): 10 × $6.75 = $67.50/month.
- Example add-on (10 Named users + Mileage module): Essential 10 × $6.75 = $67.50 + Mileage 10 × $1.50 = $15.00 → $82.50/month.
Discount / volume options:
- Unit price falls by tier as the number of users increases (see tables above).
- Automatic switch/invoicing to Active Expense Users when >50% of Named users are inactive in a calendar month — billed at active-user rates if cheaper.

- Prices are recommended and exclude VAT/Tax and any delivery costs.
- Prices are subject to change; the official USD price sheet is marked "Valid January 2026."
